I was fliming from a 29 and could barely keep the camera steady the rollers were so big... it was pure afternoon windblown long beach slop. It looks deceiving on the video cause the Lavey plows thru it so easily. Thanks for the compliment! No doubt about it, this boat is a DEFINITE ocean crusher!

Oct 2, 2009 - Everything about this boat is awesome, but I think the key to running a boat hard and fast without fatigue is a windshield like that one. My boat didn't even have a decent fairing and I very quickly got tired of dealing with windspeed above 70mph. I bought a Bell race helmet and that certainly helped but neck fatigue caused by wind buffeting still took its toll. Never again will I buy a boat without a windshield. BTW look at the run angle due to the staggered engines; almost flat at all times

Oct 5, 2009 - Ya the windshield definatly makes it easier to maintain the high speeds over a long period of time. And it helps wiht vision because your eyes are protected from the wind at all times... And yes the boat runs VERY flat and straight. Thats how the Lavey's run, flat and neutral.
